Storage Solutions HELP : corsair pen drive write locked??

Hey guys,
I bought a Corsair pen drive from Prime, Mumbai in March.
A couple of weeks ago it stopped storing any more data.
It has about 2 GB data files on it ( windows app setups eg office, AV, K-lite etc and some songs)
I can not copy anymore data on it and can't even format it.
I've tried formatting it on many PCs (8-9), but all in vein

I can very well read the data and copy it from pen drive to PC. Speed is good too.

Help. Should I send it to RMA?

did you try formatting under linux

Well faced the same issue a few days back....

Took it to the service center (Kaizen)

They couriered me a new one the next day...

faced the issue some time back too ! is this caused by some malware ? i tried everything on google but its still write protected ?? Pny pendrive ... was working fine before

BTW anybody from thane with linux ???
