HELP: CSS Problem

I am having a strange CSS problem in IE only :mad:

Firefox works perfectly.

As you can see, there is a strange white band behind the tab-headers :huh:

Thats the main problem, can't figure out which object/class is responsible for it.

Firebug of Firefox says, there is nothing !!!!

No tool in IE to get it......
 
The problem is that firefox automatically fixes small bugs/errors in pages where as in IE, you get a small notification on the Status Bar saying "Error on page"

the problem is in one of your class related to tabs...
 
got the problem with IE8 developer tools.
Switch to IE7 mode in that tool and you can see the background colour.
remove that background colour and it will show up fine in IE7 and IE6 too.

see in image to find that specific tag which is highlighted.
