Help - Display problem while opening some software

Wierd lines appear when i open some softwares. See the pic.

I am using 64 bit XP pro.

Graphics chipset is Nvidia Geforce 7025/Nvidia nForce 630a

I dont have any external graphics card installed.

Problem persists even on 32 bit xp.

Did dxdiag tests, no problem and its updated to 9.0c

Also did compatibility mode on .exe file of the software, no success.

Any idea whats causing these lines to appear. And how can i deal with it ?

No, it does not happen with all softwares. Only with this. Also with some old games like road rash.

This software is related to election of pune corporation.

I only have 32 bit and 64 bit xp, so cannot try on any other OS.

I have same Nvidia Geforce 7025/Nvidia nForce 630a graphis chipset.

I also face same problem in Windows 7 32bit in some programs. It happens mostly in browsers like chrome/firefox when there is some animation on that page. It also happens in some games.

I am looking for the solution, if you find one, please update here.
