Okay guys, I CAN'T ACCESS half the sites. If I access images through google images, I can't even get 1 full image to load.

The DNS ERROR is there oN EVERY SINGLE PAGE! It's been eating my head for days now. I've never experienced this level of shittyness. FACEBOOK. even Facebook doesn't OPEN!

I thought it was a problem with the router, so I plugged in the cable directly. Now I get

[h=1]Oops! Google Chrome could not find www.facebook.com[/h]
And the same error persists across browsers. WHAT THE HELL is wrong? I hate this. I never thought BSNL would give such a shitty experience, but honestly said, I feel handicapped. I think 90% of the sites aren't even going to open for me.

WHAT DO I DO?

use google dns servers. works well with bsnl ones.
btw, you should try clearing the dns cache.
Code:
ipconfig /flushdns

I had the same problem today afternoon with ACT Broadband in Blore. Changed to Google DNS, left home, came back now and everything is working fine :D

Guess all the ISPs are having some trouble today.

Okay guys, I'm using 8,8,8,8 and 8,8,8,4 DNS for IPv4

IPv6 remains default correct? Seems to be working now. Will keep updating.

Anybody wonder why this is happening?

i have the same frequent disconnections with bsnl not resolved with google dns also. every 1-2 mins disconnection. complained to bsnl they called and said they will send someone yesterday morning but no one came and later in the evening got a sms saying my docket no is closed -_-

8.8.8.4 belongs to google too. I dont know if that can be used for public dns, since google themselves say that their two public dns servers are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

does IPV V6 work? what do i have to do because i left them at default and entered google dns in V4 alone

dont think its anything to do with ipv6, dont think our isps yet capable of switching to ipv6 unless they go for server upgrades from what i have been hearing. it could be the isp themselves trying to do something, wait for a few hours, you might learn whats going on or just they might be updating servers.
