HELP .. face,hands exposed to sun becoming black

How to treat it ?
 
It will be fine after a while unless it has happened over a long time. Goa trips, safaris etc does that to people but they get back.

If you want to avoid further tanning then use a sunscreen lotion and wear full sleeves.

Needless to say, your hands and face will always be darker than the rest. Not only yours, the case is the same for everyone. (the females escape this somehow, the reason for which I do not know) (Do not discus this now)
 
Follow these rules

1) Wear full sleeves Tshirt/Shirt while going out during day

2) If you are force to wear half sleeve tshirt, don’t forget to use sunscreen with atleast 80 SPF

3) Trying to use scrub to clean your hand while taking bath, this will help to clean the dead and blackened tissues

already used neutrogena sunscreen 3months back .. its worst .. i want to avoid artificial things .. .

How celebrities like imran khan have same color on hands and body ?

In Manipal many people get a "chappal tan" where the chappal/sandal lines show up very clearly as white strips on a much darker foot

Similarly, the exposed and unexposed parts of the arm look like they are from different people

Its quite common

1year back my hands were good . this problem started since 1year

any thing to take care good to improve skin immunity ?

one guy suggesting to eat fish daily .. any more tips ?

is the black skin due to dead cells ??
 
how about this quick advice , cover up hands and drive around exposing body ,, voila 2 months and both are in same color?
 
Black? Mate, That's called getting tanned. I wonder if anyone prefers being pale as a ghost rather than a bit of tan. Don't worry much. Once, you get a car and work in an AC office, this won't be a problem anymore. Sadly, then, you will be missing the sun and not being able to be outside more often. The grass is always greener on the other side.
 
well, tbh nothing can be done about this except that you move to a place that is less hot with lesser sunshine, like in the colder areas, etc.. or the other option is to limit your exposure to the sun.. use an umbrella and only go out when it is really important..

i've used a number of sunscreens and lotions and spent a lot of money and internet-time searching about this, but the simple solution is that you'll get tanned if you go out in the sun.. though there are some exception like some people don't get tanned at all, or do but just a little bit, like my dad..

for close to 3yrs now, i've been travelling by car and i don't go out in the sun every now and then, which has prevented my body to get tanned that much.. recently i went to southern india and got a whole year's tan in 3-4 days..

They have got really expensive dieticians and beauticians to help them maintain that.

Also drink plenty of water.
