HELP .. face,hands exposed to sun becoming black

Incidentally it is the UV-A that causes melanin reaction - skin darkening. Best guard (just saw a BBC documentary!) apparently is Avobenzone. So, try products with high % of this chemical. UV-B does not cause aging/darkening of skin.
