Help for choosins a source

I currently own a sony neo V and not very happy with the SQ since it's 3.5 jack slot is pretty annoying (not compatible to some IEM,randomly stopping while playing,hissing noise)..........i also own a phillips GoGear 2gb which is good....but too low in capacity
so please help me choose a source:
what i want
1. good SQ
2. something that has good storage capacity
3.Can play all formats

I have looked for sansa but it seems that the are not selling in india.....also pristine notes has a fuze + which i am quite skeptical about after reading a few reviews...........also cowon J3 is not readily available
please suggest weather a sansa will be better than a cowon,iPod..........also has anyone used the transcend players how are they SQ wise?

choose between Sansa, apple and cowon.. Forget the rest.
Personally i prefer cowon but i guess to each their own.

VFM is definitely the sansa's though.
 
Even I'm in same dilemma of choosing Mp3 players around 5k budget
Cowon D2+ 4gb sky blue @ 5250 & 8gb silver expected by sept 2012 @ 6750 tentative pricing
Cowon C2 4gb @ 7250 & 8gb @ 8750[out of budget but lured by jet effect 3- 39 presets]
OR
Sansa fuze + 8gb @ 4400 from pristine note but not sure of warranty & service provided here

Read that fuze is better than d2 in many international forums but noting about fuze +
 
would a fuze plus + E11 = 4400+3850=8250
be good selection than
Cowon C2 (16GB)=9500.......are those jet effect alone good enough to go for C2
advise plz

I am also planning to get a Cowon C2 (4GB) for 7k@ Flipkart with a 6months emi, which will add 500 to the total i.e. 7000+500(CC handling charges)=7500/6=1250 p/month. this is for a white colour and i think i saw an instant 200 cashback for a black C2.
