Help for coolstreaming and pplive p2p applications, what channels can we get?

Hello all, this is my first post here. i hope someone can help me with my streaming program.

i use coolstreaming and pplive. On these software i am able to get channels such as Espn and HBO. But most of the other channels are all in Chinese. Is there a way to get other English channels? For example can i get Star World? or Star Movies?

Also for Coolstreaming, i only have about 9 channels. is there a way to get more channels?

I would appreciate if someone could help. Thank you! :)
