i dont know if this is the right place to post this query. mods please decide on that.
I bought a xfx 6800XT from newegg in may06 and it has gone kaput
. Also recently i bought a WD320gigger off newegg in may 2007 and it too has gone kaput . both were brought down by friends coming down from the US. now i need to go in for a replacement for both. can anyone guide me on how to go about this?
someone in ritchey street (forgot the dealers name) chennai suggested that he can get the wd warranty transferred and the piece replaced for a small cost (dunno how small). is this possible? in that case is there a way to do it for the 6800XT too?
