HELP- :Getting Tickling sound in 4.1 speakers

Hi.., I have been using Creative's 4.1 speakers(nearly about 4 yrs old now) , now the problem is as i power them on they start making some tickling noise and its does not stop even when i give them input.

So can you please tell me what kind of problem is it and how it can be resolved.

Did you tried another aux wire..mine got faulty too.

Yes ,i have checked by changing the aux cable also but it didn't worked out.
