PC Peripherals HELP!, Horizontal White Line On Samsung S23A350H

Hi,

Last month i bought a samsung led monitor (S23A350H) for my cousin bro. From yesterday a white horizontal line appeared on the bottom of the screen. I restarted the pc several times but the line is still there. what should i do??. the whole system is only one month old. the system config are intel i3, dh67cl, 4gb ram, ati radeon hd6770, 500gb hd corsair 430 CX V2. pls help guys.

[sup]I[/sup] Its a Hardware issue, seems to be fault with LCD. If its in warranty , take it to service center.

Go and replace it. Your monitor has gone kaput.

Most probably a hardware issue. Does this appear in the boot screen too or just in windows?

OT: Where did you buy this monitor and for what price? A friend of mine is searching for it everywhere.

thnx guys for ur input. I think the prob lies in the monitor b'coz the line shows in the boot screen too

The monitor was purchased at ctc parklane hyd. i guess the store name is shweta peripherals. and the price is between 10,000 -10,500 rs i guess
