how do i use reconnection in jdownloader using BSNL EVDO as dialup modem

i get really good speed with my EVDO device normally 180-200KBps download speed but it has an disadvantage as well i cant download with RS using jdownloader as i have to manually reconnect my device to get another IP
a 100 MB file takes less than 10min and JD waits for next 50 min to download next file :@
in 50 min. i can easily download 600-700MB using megaupload links [some times 1GB in 1 hr.]

edit: evdo provide dynamic IP

i dont know my router IP and fetch IP does not give any result in JD

plzzz help me guys
 
Slightly off topic but i never get speeds above 50KBps on Rs via Evdo but do get speeds above 150 KBps on private trackers. Which part of the country are you in...

And i dont get speed above 60kBps no matter from where i download :(
 
i get 170-220 on all direct links like RS , MU, mediafire , hotfile but torrent its 10-15

anyway i got the soln. for reconnection

edit : i am from lucknow , uttarpradesh
