Laptops Help! How's this deal?

Folks,

I'm getting a Dell Vostro 1520 configured thusly:

All this for 37k all-inclusive (34k plus some random assortment of taxes - CVD, BCD, Cess, Surcharge, WTF, GFY, blah blah :S)

Primary use is going to be 'business'-related, i.e. Web browsing, productivity apps, arbit personal use (movies, music), basic games (World of Goo, Armagetron)

A couple of questions that I have are:

1. Fairly decent deal, yes?
2. I've pasted the above config from a quote the sales chap sent me - are there any wording shenanigans I should be wary of? i.e. even though a Targus backpack is included, the quote also says "Shipment without carry case" - what does this mean? I'll have to physically pick up the backpack from one of their dealer/warehouses?

Requesting some nudges in the right direction, please folks? The salesguy after making me wait an entire WEEK for a proper quote is now haranguing to close the deal :S
