Help in configuring Router?

Hi,
I have an Airtel broadband line through a Beetel 220bx modem.I want to connect a Netgear WPN824 Wireless Router, but i cant seem to be able to connect it due to some IP conflict between the routers.If someone can help me through msn or something i'd be really thankful.

I think router ip should be set to DHCP
