CPU/Mobo help in finding motherboard driver

Tried searching on google but can't understand which one to get.

Check attached file of cpu-z of mainboard.

need all drivers like motherboard, graphics, audio. etc.

Are these both one and same? I see same files and size in download tabs of these two.

I knew it was ms-7131 but was confused about exact chipset.
