Help in selecting online shops which ship to Dubai

hi Folks
My brother is in Dubai and will be coming back after some time
which are good and cheap online stores specifically for using the Dubai duty free status and buying or taking delivery in Dubai .
I would pay from here and he can take the delivery in Dubai and get the stuff to India .
Also recommend me some good stuff mainly electronics

The days of things being cheaper in Singapore and Dubai etc. are pretty much over and you can get almost anything that is mainstream in India at an equivalent or cheaper rate (along with a warranty). I would only go that route for specialized stuff that is not available in India.

i was thinking of such things which r cheaper there like
earphones(iem) , music players etc ...
so i wanted to know the websites which r giving good deals and ship to Dubai
will ebay and amazon do it ??
