Help Leased Line(LL) VS Internet Leased Port(ILP)

Can any one explain the basic difference between Leased Line(LL) and Internet Leased Port(ILP).

I have opted for Airtel Leased line and they say it is ILP.

those people are not giving much of the clarity on that.

Are they both one and the same?
 
What is the purpose of your connection? AFAIK, leased line is nothing but a high speed data[can be used for voice] line primarily used for point-to-point data transfer that doesn't ride on the Internet and ILP is nothing but a high-speed data line which rides over the Internet which can be upgraded anytime and can be delivered in any contention ratios through a wired or wireless solution.
