Help me buying my new system

Here is what i have
intel core 2 duo E4300//
intel D945GCCR MOBO//+ my old cabinet and other ram should account for 5000 bucks
Corsair 667 2Gb SDRAM//

2 * 1TB segateHDD//Should work fine
Cooler Master Elite 370//Should work fine
Corsair Cx430W PSU//Should work fine

Here is what i want
MOBO-- For AMD and should let me Overclock
Processor--AMD phenom II X4 955BE or greatre
RAM -DDR3 1333++
GPU- ATI raedon suggets
Moniter- Samsung PX2370
Cpu Cooler Cooler Master hyper 212 plus// is it worth buying

My budget is round about 20k for this, keep LED out of this.(actually 15k + 5k above)

Guys come on. Help me out I figured amd 6670 to be my GPU. Anyone else has some more ideas please let them out.
