21-30k Help me choose a 32” QHD Gaming Monitor under ₹30k (G-Sync, Best Blacks, HDR/SDR) for RTX 5060 Ti – LG vs Others?

Hi TE folks,

It's been a while since I've posted here. I want to upgrade my monitor to pair with the one I will upgrade from my Ancient 1070 to a new, disappointing RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB. My main uses are gaming (single-player and casual online), watching movies, and general media. I’m currently on a 32" Acer monitor (no HDR :dead:), and I want something that will give me a much better experience, especially in terms of black levels, HDR/SDR quality, and minimal backlight bleed. Refresh rate isn’t a big deal, but I need Nvidia G-Sync compatibility.

Budget: Up to ₹30,000
Size/Resolution: 32-inch, 2560x1440 (QHD)
Panel Preference: Best possible black levels, local dimming preferred, minimal backlight bleed
Shortlisted Models (Amazon India):
Questions:
  1. Which of these LG models (or any other in this price range) has the best black levels, local dimming, and minimal backlight bleed?
  2. How is the HDR/SDR quality on these? Is it actually worth it at this price point, or just marketing?
  3. Are there any other brands/models I should consider (Acer, BenQ, MSI, etc.) for better panel quality or features?
  4. Any real-world feedback on panel uniformity, backlight bleed, or build quality for these LG models?
What matters most to me:
  • Deep blacks, good contrast for movies/games
  • No annoying backlight bleed or clouding
  • G-Sync compatibility
  • Decent HDR (not expecting miracles, but want a visible upgrade from SDR)
I’ve seen some reviews mention that LG generally has better color and picture quality than Acer, but also that VA panels can have black smearing in games, and IPS panels can have backlight bleed. Is there a sweet spot for my use case? Any advice or user experiences would be super helpful!

PS: Planning to upgrade to a pure OLED or mini-LED panel in the future when prices come down, so want something solid and reliable for now.

Thanks in advance for your help!

For HDR, you need either miniled or oleds.
We dont seem to have many miniled. There are acer ones - 27 and 32.
AOC ones were supposed to be good but i never saw in India, and Samsung neo g7 which is 60k+

This one is 40k-50k but generally out of stock.

XV275K P3 27 - 27 version used to be in low 30k range and will be easier to run on 5060 Ti but i dont know if its available.
They used to be there on Acer sites, but google search doesnt show them anymore. Check.

HDR wont do much for normal IPS/VA monitors. Better to ignore. You can go for VA i guess for better blacks vs ips ( still nowhere near oleds) but they have their own issues so better research first.
I would save and go for miniled ( if cheaper and available) or direct to oleds ( which do have burn in problem so gotta take care and may not be best choice if room is very bright)
Cheapest oled so far i have see is for mid 50s - 27 360 msi.

Otherwise just go for crowd favorite Acer xv272u - cheap good 27 and easier to run games on it.
HDR is definitely a big jump - i really like it ( Dell Aw32)

I got a neo odyssey g7 32/4k mini LED for 28k, point being you can always look for USED deals on TE, OLX and whatsapp channels as well. Discretion advised though.
And why go for the 5060ti when there are class deals available on the rx7000 series?
