Help me choose a keyboard for my new PC!

Hi there, I need your help! I just ordered a new PC, but I'm struggling to choose a keyboard to use with it. I'm looking for something that will work well for coding and gaming, but also reduce strain on my hands since I've been experiencing some pain lately.
Here are some of my preferences and needs:

• QWERTY layout
• Mechanical keyboard for durability and tactile feedback
• Ergonomic design to reduce discomfort and fatigue
• Programmable keys or built-in wrist rest for typing code
• RGB Backlit (preferable but not necessary)

Do you have any suggestions or recommendations? What keyboards have you had success with in similar situations? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for your help. Forgot to mention, the budget is around 2-2.5k but i extend beyond that.
