PC Peripherals Help me choose the best within 26k

Friends,

My friend wants to buy a new PC within 26k for casual gaming/movies/music.
We have come down to the foll. config for both AMD and Intel .
got the foll. quotations for a local dealer.
4800x2 3.7 OR E2160 2.7
Asus M2A-VM 3.3 OR BIOSTAR GF7050V-M7 2.5k
19" Viewsonice 1912 9
2 Gb transcend 667 2.1
Zebronics Bijli .9

please advise on the above config/pricing and help me choose AMD or INTEL ....

^^ Seconded. Thats a nice config for casual gaming and for watching movies. But I would suggest you upgrade to a 22" monitor now since the cost difference is just about 4k. And you get a full 3 inches more. You can compensate by getting a cheaper cabinet since you won't be overclocking. The Bijlee and VIP 400W PSU is more than ideal for your requirements.

I would suggest, gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H instead of MSI K9A2GM-FIH, it has all the features including firewire and esata port. Cost is 4,900 inclusive of all+shipping.
