Help me choose Ultrabook

Hi !!

I want to buy an ultrabook for my management studies. I got a list of ultrabooks. My usage is documentation, real time processing softwares and general purposes like watching movies, songs. Upper limit cost 85k. As usual looking for better performance & good battery life.
Can u pls suggest for which could I opt for ?

Toshiba Portege Z835
Asus zenbook UX31E
HP Folio 13
Dell XPS 13
Dell XPS 14z (X14z-2313SLV)
HP Envy Spectre 14
Lenovo Ideapad U410

Smaller hard disk with an external HD addon(ultrabook + external HD cost < 85k) or a larger hard disk !!

Read about screen cracking problem with the Toshiba Portege Z835. Read about it on internet. But it looks really sleek. I have seen it personally and held it in my hand.
 
I would prefer Lenovo U410. Dell XPS 13 is also very sleek, but its very high on price in comparison to lenovo.
 
I recommend Sony VAIO T SVT13112FXS.

Sony VAIO T SVT13112FXS features Intel Core i5 3317U processor and Intel HD Graphics 4000 like others high performance ultrabook featured, you can see the comparison on this page, The difference is it has a hybrid hard drive system with 500 GB HDD and 32 GB SSD, and the price is very low, only $780.
