PC Peripherals Help me connect this please!!!

guys need to connect my pc to tv..
so as to see my desktop on tv..

this is what my pc backend looks like

my tv is a Sony trinitron with standard composite (white red yellow)

please help me how to get this going....

PS: read a lot of this on TE and on google....the more i read the more i got confused.:ashamed:...pls help!

its a simple vga to composite!!! this shoudnt be sooo hard!!

The one way I know is to buy a cheap Old GFX Card with TV out connector and connect the TV with the composite cable, you may need to buy TV out to composite cable.

buy a vga to composite cable ....if you are from mumbai, you can easily get 1 at lamington road...

yes, but that would require buying a card!!

i was hoping to find a direct "vga to composite" cable.....if that dosent exist......ofcourse card is the last resort!

I don't think a direct "vga to composite" cable would suffice... As per my naive knowledge, VGA outputs Progressive image whereas TV needs it interlaced... unless ur TV can display Progressive frames ...

U'll need a converter in between , cheapest of which should be an old gfx card..
