Storage Solutions Help me: Drive letter not showing

I have RMA'd the 80gb seagate and got 120 gb. I was pretty happy and put back to my techcom casing. After pluging in the drive is detected but i couldnot see the drive letter assigned. When i safely remove the hard drive it is showing the model number as ST*****.
Plz help me
 
simple solution to check on this....
remove from casing - put it in another casing OR attach to system and check...
i guess the "techcom casing" is at fault here...
 
Thanks guys. My bad :( now i can bring up the drive. But couple of questions do i need to choose as primary drive or logical drive? Can i use the drive as fat32 FS? i am seeing only NTFS no option to choose fat32
