CPU Intel Core i5 2500 10250

Motherboard Gigabyte H67MA-UD2H-B3 8000

RAM Corsair XMS3 1600MHz CL9 2x2GB 2700

Cabinet CM 690 4300

PSU Corsair VX550 4600

Total 29850

Thank you for your reply guys

I think i would be getting the

Core I7 2600k cpu

Gigabyte H67MA-UD2H-B3 MOBO

Crosair 4gb ddr 3 RAM

Crosair VX550

For now i would use the old Cabinet but next month i would get the cabinet.

Once again thank you for your valuable advice guys.

Buying a 2600k processor along with an H67 chipset motherboard would be a waste of money as you wouldn't be able to overclock 2600k... Buy what I suggested i5 2500 would be more than enough for your usage...

Thank you Hades. for your valuable advice one thing is that i am not intending to overclock. And this will be my final configuration for nearly next 4 to 5 years. Hence only i was thinking about getting a I7.

+1 to Hades. Go with the i5 2500.
@Hades- Any particular reason why you have avoided the P67 chipset. With 1K or 1.5K more he can have a better MOBO like Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3R-B3.
I would recommend getting this Combo Core i5 2500K+Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3R-B3 for extra like 2K. You can learn OCing in future.
