so i downloaded the full version which was approximately 6.13gb but its a" dmg" file
now how to use this file to install it in my intel pc which is using windows 7 currently
i have a 8gb usb drive

i had this software called dmg reader it could read dmg files. i think ultra iso also supports dmg files.

can u say how to copy this dmg file to usb and then how to install frm it

If you read through the link H@rsh provided, you'll see that your answer lies there.

Ofcourse, if you dont have a real Mac handy to format/mount the .dmg via Disk Util, you should first install an OSX86 install on your current computer.
iAtkos is what I have experience with, and has been problem-free for me.

you can use transmac , a software under windows to transfer the dmg/iso/img to a pendrive and install from that

your pc/laptop should have usb boot function

head to insanelymac forums

and search for compatibility of your specific hardware with SL

hope it helps

trans mac is the software you need it will do what you need .
