Help me JailBreak Google's Android Phone

A friend of mine needs help with Jail Breaking Google Android.

Can someone Post steps or a link where a detailed explanation for the same is given (With Pics Preferred) .

I am used to Jail Breaking IPhone but this is something new for me and i don't wanna take any risk as its not my Phone.

So it'l be gr8 if someone help me with this.

if u phone is sim unlocked and u want to bypass the initial setup screen u need to have a valid gmail a/c and a gprs activated sim card u need to enter the opreater profile and sing in to gmail a/c and u r done
