Help me play this video file

those files should play in mpc, vlc, etc....if u saying that they dont directly open in the player then select open with and select any of those media player from the software browser

kmplayer & vlc player : No display and sound.
 
^ try enabling the internal mpeg2 filter in MPC. Its in View> Options> Internal Filters> Transform Filters. Seems you don't have mpeg2 codec intallled on your system.

Edit: DOwnload MEdiaInfo and see what codecs was used to make that video file. Then download those codecs and install on your system. FOr sound most probably you will need an ac3 filter. Or you can choose to use the internal filters of MPC or VLC too.
