Hello guys, recently bought SONY bravia LCD. I want to update its FW through its ethernet port . I want to connect it to my wifi internet laptop's ethernet port for the update process. Please help me on this.
Running an ethernet cable from my router to the TV is very difficult.
My laptop has both xp and 7. Please teach me the easiest route to do this. Is a proxy server application necessary for this task ?. If so plz guide me on how to configure IP settings in both the laptop end and the TV end.
I hope this is not a herculian task.
