Help me with my home network setup

Hi people,

I have a PC and PS3. I intend to set up a atom based download rig in the near future. I have a internet connection which has to mac binded, and I need all three devices to simultaneously connect to the Internet.

My requirement is any router which has some bandwidth distribution capabilities, and which can share a pppoe connection amongst the three devices.
Budget is no constraint, though I would like it to be the cheapest option available which can pull this off.

Kindly help by letting me know your suggestions. Any alternate ways to get these three connected are also welcome.
PS: If you have any second hand hardware which fits the bill and would like to get rid off the same, please let me know. Treat this as a WTB thread as well :)
 
In this case you can use any router which is compatible with dd wrt firmware.

DD wrt firmware had wide range of features like qos etc. You can use it by giving priority to specific client which will be using bandwidth.
