CPU/Mobo help me with my temps :(

guys i am having 955be and silver arrow
my temps are 36@idle and 56@ load
do you think these are normal as i am going to overclock this cpu

and i have reaplied the the thermal paste...

These are perfectly fine considering the current Delhi ambient temperatures, which case are you using and can we have some pictures for the same; it will give us a better idea of your internal layout and cabling which dictates the airflow.

How did you reapply the TIM?

and all are saying these temps are really bad temps shoud be in 40's and with SA should be in end 30's

Okay, first up, you need to give a better --> wide angle-shot, this picture only tells me that your fan cables are in a mess, please arrange those as soon as possible.

these are not in a mess just two cpu fan cables as i had opened my side case
