Help!!! Missing partition in Win 7

I upgraded my computer after a decade, and now I'm so behind the curve that every DIY attempt is ending in a disaster.

I got a 500 gig WD Blue HDD and installed Win 7.

At the beginning of the install, I partition the drive -- 100gigs/100gigs/100gigs/200gigs -- and then forgot all about it.

Now that I'm transferring data from my external HDD, the 200 gig partition is nowhere to be found.

What happened??

I downloaded a couple of games and used ISO magic and daemon tools... could that be the problem?

help, pls

Check if the partition is showing up disk management (start -> run -> diskmgmt.msc) .. if it's showing, check if it's been assigned a drive letter.

you shift to drive letters the way you want except make sure that none of it contains any currently used programs which may wont work after doing so.

^^

You can change the letters, you might get a warning. Just restart it. Partition manager is good for this.
