Hi all,
I had bsnl broadband connection(3+ years, 700 Ul combo home plan), for the past 5 days my broadband speed is crawling. the pages are opened, but very slow, i alternatively changed the dns to default bsnl dns, google dns and Open dns, but there is no improvement.
I also checked with various browsers (Opera, Chrome, firefox) and the connection for the modem (192.168.1.1) is also very slow.
I checked my speed with speedtest.org today and shocked, see the below link
http://www.speedtest.net/result/1541008147.png
Pingtest shows an error as "Packet loss test error
Couldn't connect to the test server. A firewall could be blocking the connection or the server might be having some issuses. Please try again later.
contacted with customer care, but they said connections ar ok, so where can i find the problem, I didn't using any firewall or antivirus software on my system.
what can i do.
