Godaddy has a domain offer for 1USD, but it is only for citizens of US or Canada. I tried using one US IP address and with my credit card, however it did not work. After much trials I figured out that it works when request is sent from an US/Canadian IP and with a US/Canadian card.
I would really appreciate if someone can help me with this. I will create account on Godaddy and I will share the credentials. You just have to make the payment(Debit or Credit card). I need 3USD and I will NEFT to your Indian bank account.
