HELP needed for paying using PayPal for 6$

even by paying via credit card by creating vcc, there is no transaction fees

i have paid it twice by creating vcc from hdfc bank debit card

should i open it , read somewhere that its a zero balance account ( cant open it not available in my city )

E wallet ??? is this the mobile banking

b2 is a Zero Balance account and E-wallet is provided with ICICI b2.

The workaround for this is,
To first Add funds in your paypal account via CC and then send it.

yup personal accounts have a high fee for transactions from cc payments. premier/business accounts have a lower fee.

also, you can create one personal and one premier/business account at the same time with the same name. but you cant create 2 personal or 2 premier/business accounts with same name.
