PC Peripherals Help needed for PSU buying

Hello Friends,
I need suggestion regarding buying PSU,"seasonic s12ii 520w ".
I have old system, its power supply has gone bad. I want new one and also I am considering to upgrade in coming months to AMD FX 83xx setup after availability in india.
For this I have two questions?
i) is above PSU sufficient for FX 83xx + Mother board with integrated graphics
ii) is there service center or branch of "Tirupathi Enterprises" in Mumbai which handles RMA of seasonic
