I m using Win Xp Sp2, with P4 1.7 Ghz and 256 MB ram.
Problem : When i boot computer somehow my "Network Connection" service, (the one u get by typing services.msc in command prompt) does not start. Due to this , "My Network places" properties remain empty. Also I cant directly access my BSNL internet by pressing on its icon on the desktop (unless i manually start the service from services.msc). I have to use net by setting my browser to "Dial whenever network connection is not present". This however does not give me control on connect/disconnect of internet service nor does it shows any indication in taskbar of my net running.
What i tried already : 1.To set the service to automatic.
Probable Solution : 1.I feel that "Network Connection" service may not be starting coz of some other service on which it is dependent not running.
In any case the bottomline would be to auto start "Network Connection" service when windows boot up. Would be glad to get your advice on how it can be achieved.
Regards
