PC Peripherals Help needed in buying right RAM

Hi guys i am building a new rig with Intel Q9550 with ASUS P5Q Deluxe motherboard. I would like to get suggestion for a good DDR2 RAM for this machine. As i dont want to go for a DDR3 which is costly i would like to settle for a DDR2 which is more than or equal to 800mhz.

ddr3 is not that expensive these days.if your motherboard supports it you shud prolly go for them
