My friend is coming from Japan next month and has promised to get a handy cam from there. The prices in Japan are almost the same as the US prices, I guess. Please can anyone suggest me a decent handy cam for under 20K or at max 25k. The camera should perform well in low lights and the quality of still pics are not important as I have a digicam already.
