PC Peripherals Help Needed on Config !

Hey guys,
Wnt to lamington yesterday to get quotation for frnds new PC.
just wanted to check if the prices are right with you guys.

Proc : E4300 Rs.8150/-
MB : Intel 965XXXX Rs.6450/-
isnt there any other MB available in the 7K range? no one has the
DS3 or even the MSI 965 Neo-F.
RAM : 512Mb X 2(Rs.1425/- Each)
HDD : 250GB SATA II(Seagate) Rs.3550/-
Monitor :19" WS Viewsonic(1912...) Rs.11700/-
Video Card :BIG 7600GT Rs.7950/-
Cabinet : he showed us some Circle brand worth Rs.2000(with 400W
SMPS) and said it was ULTIMATE:)bleh: ).nething better in this
range?
Printer : Canon ip1700 / HP 1360 Rs.2050

Everything else will be used frm his OLD PC.

Are these Prices right?
Also nething else i need to add/remove frm the config?
Pls help me in the MB Dept as he would rather spend 1K extra and get a better MB than the Intel one.(although he doesnt know or plan to OC).:)

Budget is arnd 40K(can go upto 42 ~43)

RAM : 512Mb X 2(Rs.1425/- Each) (Dynet recommended)

HDD : 250GB SATA II(Seagate) Rs.3550/-

Monitor :19" WS Viewsonic(1912...) Rs.11700/-

Video Card :BIG 7600GT Rs.7950/- (Better buy MSI, Leadtek or XFX)

Cabinet : any Rs.1000 cabinet with a Rs.1500 Powersafe 400W SMPS

Printer : Canon ip1700 / HP 1360 Rs.2050

if he is not going to OC then a E6300 will be better
 
And for the Cabinet go for Zebronics Lava its a very kool designer cabinet with Temp display and 2 fans on the left for Rs.1500/- + 400 W SMPS for 1500/- as suggested by udit

will buy the Zebronics Lava and 400W Powersafe then.

Also the reason i chose E4300 over E6300 was bcoz of the 1K Price Difference.

Ill try and OC it for him to 266X9.(i.e if he gets a better MB).

Lastly,Between the Canon and HP whiich one shld i choose?

Asus P5B-E is an awesome overclocking MB

This is what he finally bought :

MB : Intel D965RYCK
RAM : 512Mb X 2(Rs.1425/- Each)
HDD : 320GB SATA II(Seagate)
Monitor :19" WS Viewsonic(1912...) Rs.11400/-
Video Card :Zebronics 7600GT
Cabinet : Circle w/400W SMPS

Total came out to be 42K
Will ask him the Breakup and post it here if anyone wants.
 
the Viewsonic for 11.4k ?? frm where @ lammy.. which shop ??

Mez gonna buy nxt week.. kindly provide details..

Also.. ram seems really cheap... Dynet.. or Transcend ? 1 or 3 yrs warranty ??
 
yes Viewsonic for 11.4 frm "Demesne"

RAM is Dynet with 2 yrs of Warranty.

I think bcoz he bought evrythng frm tht shop he reduced the price to 11.4....he was quoting 11.7 before.

it is in the same lane as Computer Selection ,Cassete World etc ( i.e the lane opp to LR Police Station).

I think its the last shop in that lane.

Well he seems like a reliable guy.....bargaining i dunno....as i said since my frnd bought all the components frm tht guy he reduced the price..dunno how much he'll reduce if u buy just the Monitor.
