Security Software Help needed regarding rontokobro, eksplorasi.exe

IS there an easier to way to get rid of this. Have to guide someone and take him through the regedit route.

There is supposedly a slowdown of system as well even though this spyware doesnt do that. SO have attached the highjack this log as well.
Any help is appreciated.

@renegade we will have to take step by step approach.

firstly : disable system restore.

secondly : download removal tool from here
thirdly : download instructions for tool from here
fourth : download latest instruction set from here

now the real part.
run the tool and remove the malware / virus.
update the antivirus and the rescan the system thoroughly.

there is lot of junk which may be causing the slowdown.
then make a folder in C: name it Hijackthis or HJT and run hijackthis from there. (tell your friend never to run HJT from temporary folder)

at this stage post a fresh log file here and then we can analyse it further.

download spybot s and d and update and scan and remove all the infection
download adaware se personal and update and remove any infection if found.
i would also advise him to remove norton and install avg (free) or nod32(paid)
also he needs a good firewall.
 
@dipdude : i advised him to follow the same solution :hap2: :clap:

@renegade : tell him to remove all the toolbars he has installed willingly or unwillingly. there are too many BHOs to be comfortable with.

and post a fresh hijackthis log file here.
 
Hey thanks guys.. but I guess he is comfortable for now. Didnt have time to go through all the steps. SO just system restore and spyware scan. Things fine for the time being.
However ill still try and get the steps done tonight and post a log file.
