Not really. There is a difference. KPOs are more domain specific, analytical. Where as BPOs deal with voice and/or transactional processing. One can build good work experience working for such organizations. It depends on the role/JD one is offered, which can be gauged at the time of interview(s). Within KPOs you can get a chance to do analytics, forecasting, consultancy, software development, data management.
