Help needed to find flat in Abids, hyderabad

I'm trying to find 1bhk flat in abids, hyderabad from past one week but in vain. Met few brokers who charge 300rs every meeting and show me 2-3 flats but none me them will be good. Tried sulekha, olx, quickr but same story.

I need anywhere near abids or koti. Can anyone tell me how to find ? Or know any brokers ? Thanku in advance

1bhk are mostly old constructions, unlikely that any of those will be decent. Even if you do manage to find a decent one, you'll be paying nearly as much as you would for a 2bhk.

Abids isnt really a residential area (not an affordable one anyways).
You should try Nampally and look up the local paper "Deccan Chronicle" for apartment rental listings (especially on the weekends).

My exact institute location is suryaloka complex, gunfoundry. It is near to Taj Hotel, Abids. I want to know nearest residential areas wit walkable distance...
