1) That doesnt support 125w TDP procesor.Obviously that board wouldnt support 955BE as it is 125w TDP.
3)Beacause some cabby arent enough to accomodate the GFX like 6870, but dont worry most cabby are spacious.And which cabinet do you have.
And there is no isssue with mATX boards as you are using HD6850.
5)Yes you can use 1600mhz RAM with it but you ned to tweak Bios.
