I had applied for Parikshat Snatak (PGT) in UP Madmik Shiksha Seva chayan board on 1.2.2009, but i have not received the roll number till date and the exam is scheduled for next week. I have checked various sites and most of them say that the admit card is available online at www.upmsscb.org but this site is not opening. The application details are:
