HELP : non-google sites not opening.

not able to open any site other than google sites like google/orkut. on my Vista SP1 OS.

tried both with firefox as well as internet explorer.

using 24 online ISP ..there's a server log in client.

also though i am able to log in via the client and open google/ google related sites.

any other site like TE,yahoo, etc etc is not opening ..

right now i have logged on to my XP SP3 OS .

everythings working fine on XP. hyeah:

some problem either with the OS or the firefox installation.

cant be firefox as even IE is not working.

mostly probably its some problem with the Vista SP1 X64

any ide what could be the problem ?

Could it be a DNS server problem?
Try using openDNS.

208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220

err what exactly is open dns ?

by the is it ok i change the primary and secondary dns server address in the connection properties ?
cause then i wont be able to login using my ISP client software.

anyone ? please
