Help on AMD 890GX based PC

Help me in configuration

PC is for server/client programming/application development
Location : bangalore

Phenom II 1055T is chosen

1) Price difference between GA-890GPA-UD3H and M4A89GTD PRO/USB3. Which one is reliable and value for money?
2) I am not planning to buy dedicated GPU but going to use inbuilt 4290, which psu is power saver and reliable?
3) Is there any SATA III Hard disks(Not SSD) out there in india ? or Which would be ideal SATA II Harddisk (1TB or 2TB)
4) Which would be the cheap and best case?
5) Recommend value for money RAM:- DDR3 1333 or 1600? which brand ( 8GB total)
6) Recommend any power saver (LED backlit preferred) 23-24" monitor (Is LG W2486L Available here? vs Acer S243HL vs Asus MS238H(Available?))

For your motherboard it is recommended you buy Gigabyte in INDIA due to their after sales service though I personally support ASUS ( my view )

A good case for future upgrade and good quality construct would be NZXT Gamma ~ 2 K ( worth it )
or if you are stingy Zebronics Bijli

For PSU either FSP Saga II 350 W or the Corsair CX 400 W ~ 2.5 K max

The only SATA III hard drive i know is 600 GB Western Digital VelociRaptor II ~ 18 K +

For RAM go for Corsair Value select 1333 MHz as AMD processors still cannot take more than the specified speed in Dual Channel mode 4GB ~ ???? ( no idea about this price )
