Budget 0-20k Help on Configuration

I have decided on the config already, just need some help whether the following combo will work or not.

AMD 3.3 GHz AM3 Phenom II 560 Processor
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PT Motherboard
WD Blue WD10EZEX 1 TB Internal Hard Drive
2 x Corsair DDR3 4GB Desktop RAM.

Pls let me know whether this config will work. Also will this config require some special PSU or a normal one will do.
