CPU/Mobo Help PC not booting

Hey guys i tried to boot my pc today but could not
the first time i booted i was able to see the start up bios page after which my pc hung up.
in the second attempt the fans are all working fine but nothing else happens. nothing shows up on the screen nor there are any kind of sound

my monitor is working fine, also tried my on board graphic card but nothing happened
i also changed my cmos battery and also cleared it
please help me out as fast as possible
 
first thing try another PSU, different RAMs one at a time in different slots...don't forget to check any loose connections
let us know you system config.
 
Tighten up the HDD Cables. Disconnect and re-connect them. If that doesn't works, try to boot on some other pc(probably of some friend) with the same HDD. If that doesn't works too then OS must have crashed. You need to re-install it.
