Help Please!! Which 32" LCD TV to buy??

hi,

i am looking to buy a 32" LCD TV.

have NO idea abt LCD's ! so please let me know of the options that i have..

budget wud be 45-50k & i wudnt be buying from Grey mkt.

wud like good connectivity options+ HDMI/DVI-in capability.

i wont be using it for HD content. just DVD/TV usage.
